First dinner on the boat, chilli buns!
Nice to have shore power, the previous owner left us with a nifty electric induction stove top. Never used one before, but great for the boat since it doesn’t get hot. It transfers energy directly to the pot and only the metal of the pot heats up. It’s a little bit of spooky science but works really well.
Don’t have bug screens or Bimini set up yet so it was a bit stuffy in the boat with a bit of condensation forming by morning. Still need to organize and figure out where we are going to store everything! But it was a peaceful sleep under the stars.
