With mixed emotions, our family has decided to sell our beloved boat. We’ve had two fantastic years with her and enjoyed every moment. But we’ve caught the deadly sailing virus, twofoot’itus. While the boat is perfect for family weekends and we did have one trip with six of us and a dog, it’s cramped with that many people. I will enjoy more space, but I’m going to miss the freedom of being able to take the boat anywhere, quickly.

Boat is currently in winter storage state with professional shrink wrap. We will be taking the boat out within the next couple of weeks and will be putting it in the water at Cobourg Marina.

Very few boats are perfect, and there’s a few things bugging me that I haven’t gotten around to fixing, yet. I think these are all minor and don’t affect the boat much, but I figure you are going to find these anyways, may as well give you full disclosure:

Bimini canvas and bug netting getting old, small tears in canvas and bug netting. I think you will get some more use out of it before needing to replace.
A small ding/scratch on hull (surface only) and chip in one rudder that I am planning to fix with some fiberglass patch.
Dinghy flooring is missing one small piece of edging that we’ve never seen, have been using a piece of plastic as a temporary fix.
The spot where the old chart plotter on binacle has left an open hole that is currently covered with white duct tape.
Fresh water hand pump on toilet is leaking. You can hear air making pffftt noise when you pump but doesn’t affect flushing.
Deck connector for steaming light has corroded and should be replaced.
Bumper strip has some nicks in it (there when we bought) but it’s hasn’t yet bothered me enough to replace. But it still bothers me.
Motor cover faded and flaking plastic stickers, shaft and rest of engine in perfect shape.
Right hand front reflector light on trailer cracked, but still works.
